All our crops are grown sustainably, adhering to organic practices as we work through our organic-transition plan. What does sustainable mean you ask? We have a weed management plan, utilize cover cropping techniques, add organic matter to the soil with certified-organic compost and fertilizer, hydrate crops using drip irrigation, and handle pest and disease outbreaks (on a case-by-case basis) using OMRI certified products following all application instructions… just to name a few.
